Lovely View and Very Comfortable Apartment

I spent 7 nights in a spacious 1-bedroom apartment at Cullen Bay Resort and had a lovely view of the marina and evening sunsets. The room was incredibly comfortable, equipped with split system AC and kitchen facilities, making it feel like a home away from home. We enjoyed dining al fresco on the roomy balcony several times during our stay. The manager was exceptionally helpful and really went above and beyond to make our visit enjoyable.

Comfortable and Updated Bathroom

I stayed in a 'Premium Hotel Room with Waterview' which was nicely furnished. The bathroom was fitted with a glass shower screen and new vanity that made my experience far more pleasant. I found the amenities sufficient and were pleased with the cleanliness of the room upon arrival. This attention to detail made my stay that much more enjoyable.

Cozy Bedroom with Great Sleep Quality

The bedroom in my apartment at Cullen Bay Resort was equipped with a comfortable king-sized bed that provided a great night's sleep. The room had blockout curtains which made it easy to sleep in late. Relaxing Pool Area Experience

The pool area at Cullen Bay Resort was lovely and provided a great spot to unwind. It included a communal BBQ which was perfect for family evenings. I enjoyed spending time by the pool while soaking in the sunshine after a day of sightseeing, making it a highlight of my stay.

While my room was spacious and well-equipped, there were significant issues with noise from neighboring guests that disrupted my stay. The staff were generally efficient, but I faced challenges when reaching out for assistance, particularly regarding the pool closures. Overall, it has potential with its beautiful surroundings, but improvements in soundproofing and customer service are needed.

I had a wonderful stay overall with my second visit to this resort in Cullen Bay. The apartment was clean and well-furnished, offering great views of the marina from the spacious balcony.
